We currently ship only within the United States and do not offer international shipping at this time.
Processing Time
All orders require a production time of 2 to 5 business days before they are shipped. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Time
Once production is complete, orders are shipped and delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) and the destination.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package at any time.
Delays
Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. If your order is marked as “delivered” but you have not received it, please contact us immediately and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address when placing the order, as we are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.
