Shipping & Return Policy
Shipping within the United States
We currently ship exclusively within the United States. All orders are processed and shipped within [5–8 business days] after purchase. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Returns & Exchanges
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
The only exception is if your order arrives:

In such cases, please contact us at wensstore123@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, including your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will evaluate your claim and provide a replacement or refund if approved.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your package is shipped, delivery times are the responsibility of the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS/UPS/FedEx or other shipping partners. However, if your order shows as "delivered" but you did not receive it, please contact us and we will assist you in opening a claim with the shipping carrier.
